Sherri is absolutely the best. She made wedding planning easy for me – a long distance, not detail oriented bride, and on the wedding day all my family and I had to do was enjoy ourselves. Throughout the planing process she was prompt and attentive, sending me weekly “homework” emails that broke down the steps into very manageable pieces. She was ever patient with my sometimes less than timely replies, and never had to be asked to do anything- Sherri is always five steps ahead. Sherri worked so hard for us, and the result was an absolutely beautiful wedding day that I could never have imagined. The best example: Sherri had her husband cut down two trees to decorate our tent, which was spectacular, and then had coasters made from the trees and sent them to us as a gift. Sherri truly does think of everything. Hiring Sherri to help with our wedding was the best decision we made (other than getting married of course!). I would highly, highly recommend Sherri for any and all events you may be planning. Thank you Sherri!

We eloped in New Zealand and a month later after returning home had a wonderful celebration with family. Creations By Collis arranged and assisted us with every detail of our celebratory party. Our goal was to be “guests” at our party & enjoy our family & friends. Creations By Collis allowed us to not have to think about ANY details- we gave Sherri an outline and she was able to execute our vision with perfection. Sherri is unbelievable! From the second we met her to the sad goodbye, Sherri was incredible. Our wedding was going to be mostly a DIY but we wanted a professional on sight the day of, and found Sherri. She had such a warm and calm presences, that after speaking to her during our initial meeting, we knew we wanted her more hands on. We did a 2 year engagement and Sherri was there the entire time! She helped organize our thoughts, bring our creations to life and most important make sure OUR ideas were heard and not smothered by other helpful family members!
Her emails were a big relief as the big day drew near, as she made sure all the final details were hammered out! Our big day was stress free knowing she was running the show, and her and her team did NOT disappoint. I am a pretty organized person, but Sherri was always 3 steps ahead, with Plan A,B,C and D ready to go! They made our fairytale wedding come to life. Sherri is an unstoppable force with an amazing personality, and we would recommend her services to everyone!!
Sherri Collis masterfully coordinated a family wedding celebration which included relatives from several states, a mountain tram ride for 30, afternoon tea at the Mount Washington hotel as well as a barn side dinner for 40. Everything, down to the last possible detail, was managed by Sherri with grace and professionalism. I can’t recommend Creations by Collis enough.
Sherri was so helpful the day of the wedding! We didn’t have to worry about a thing. We were able to enjoy “our” day! She also has many creative ideas and if she’s not sure about something she will take that time to research it and get it done for you! Sherri is amazing!
Sherri is an amazing planner! She took control and handled situations that as the bride I just didn’t have time to deal with! She understands the extreme stress and knows how to conduct herself professionally, but knows how to calm you down! It was like she’s known me my whole life! She made it so easy by breaking certain things down into milestones and having “due dates” and “homework assignments.” Sometimes you can get flustered with all that you need to do and she broke it up and made it doable. I’d hire her again!
We recently used Sherri as both coordinator and officiant for our wedding in may. Sherri was everything we could ask for. She was there to guide us through the process and even through some nightmare situations like a last minute venue change. We firmly believe we couldnt have done our wedding without her guidance.
As our officiant she kept the ceremony exactly as we envisioned and made the speech relevant to the moment and our relationship.
Sherri was more than our coordinator, she was our friend and partner who guided us through one of the most important days of our lives. For that we are eternally grateful.
I dont even know where to begin.. Sherri was absolutely AMAZING. I had my wedding at long look farm (beautiful venue) but it was a rent-a-space bring everything in. Sherri helped me from the very beginning. When we linked up, she sent me a list of preferred vendors and their contact info. Along with an online planner, which helped me keep track of my budget, inspirations and vendor numbers. Sherri took it to the next level and would respond with comments, thoughts, ways to save money etc on all my inspo. I would email Sherri at all hours of the day/night/morning and her responses were pretty much instant. She had the best recommendations for every detail or process.
The day of our wedding, our heaters bailed. Sherri called various rental places, friends and family to find us a last minute heater. She somehow got us some, and didnt even have us worry about the cost.
Sherri not only came and set up my whole ceremony, but entire my reception. She knew my inspiration and transformed the space into my pinterest dreams. I did not have to go in and lift a finger.
Hiring Sherri was probably one of the best decisions of my day, I would NOT have done it without her. She is miracle worker, pleasure to be around, quick, knows her stuff and organized. I was truly able to enjoy my wedding weekend worry free.
